The coaching circles are designed for social justice-minded Executive Directors, Co-Directors, and senior-level leaders who wield their power for greater movement and community impact.

If you are excited about connecting with other leaders and developing your liberatory leadership practice through discussion, support and reflection, then we want you to join us!

What To Expect From This Coaching Circle

You will join a cohort of your peers in 12 virtual sessions facilitated by our seasoned coaches and facilitators, Lisa Garrett Keiser and Inca Mohamed. Sessions will alternate between engaging with timely leadership topics, and developing practices to cultivate a coaching approach in your leadership through facilitated peer coaching sessions that support leaders with real time challenges.

Please note that all of our sessions are highly interactive and require members to be present with each other.

Commitment & Expectations

Building the community that makes these coaching circles so special requires participants to trust and rely on one another for support. All sessions are highly interactive, and we ask all accepted applicants to commit to showing up for yourselves and each other for each session, knowing that there will be many competing priorities.

Therefore
please only sign up if you can commit to attending all peer and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Please look at your calendar and review our upcoming session dates. If you cannot participate on one of the scheduled dates, please let us know in advance. To get the most out of your experience, we recommend participants miss no more than one session throughout the cohort.

What People Are Saying About Us

"The peer coaching experience was life-changing and provided a vital source of support, reflection, and connection.

We arrived excited and unsure of what to expect, but we left feeling empowered, motivated, and most importantly, full.

Experiences like this are especially important for organizations like ours that are doing deeply community-centered, emotionally demanding, and movement-driven work every day. Leadership Reimagined created a space where we could reflect, heal, learn, and reconnect with the purpose behind our work."

— Meka

"...The conversations, reflection, laughter, vulnerability, sisterhood, and growth were everything I didn't know I needed."

My biggest takeaway was learning that accountability in leadership is not about solving everybody's problems. It's about truly listening, helping people reflect on what they feel and already know, and creating a community where people feel seen, supported, and safe unless they ask for direct help. That perspective alone shifted the way I view leadership, service and connection. A special thank you to the incredible facilitators who poured so much wisdom, care, and intention into this experience. Your leadership, vulnerability, and guidance created a truly transformative space."

— Marquel

"Traditionally, leaders are socialized to think that we have to have all the answers; this program reminded me that this isn't true.

The program offered me opportunities to be in deep reflection about my leadership. It reminded me to step out of my own head and to practice curiosity. I learned new ways to lean on others for support when navigating the complexities of leadership... I would recommend it so more people in leadership don’t succumb to the pressures of how we are socialized. It was a reminder that liberation is always a collaborative effort and that we can do good work and bring the best out in our teams, so we don't feel so overwhelmed in our roles.

— Celine

Our Tiered Pricing Model

We believe in making liberatory leadership development accessible while also honoring the decades of experience, care, and energy our team brings to this work.

Which is why we’ve created two pathways for funding your participation in our circle: funder-covered & self-funded participation.

Thanks to the generosity of our philanthropic partners, we’re able to offset the cost for a limited number of leaders who are self-funding their participation.

Funder-Covered Participation

Many participants in this cohort may be able to have their enrollment fully covered by a funder or philanthropic partner, including grantee partners of:

  • Hive Fund for Climate & Gender Justice
  • Irving Harris Foundation
  • Wellspring Philanthropic Fund
  • Ms. Foundation for Women
How to Seek Funding Support

First, start by completing the application, as there will be questions that identify your major funders.

Next,

  • If you are funded by one of our philanthropic partners listed above, we will be in contact with them directly about your participation. Letting them know you applied is great, and we'll take it from here.
  • If you are not funded by one of our philanthropic partners listed above, you may still secure support to cover your participation and ongoing coaching. Feel free to use or adapt this template letter, to start that conversation with your funders and major donors. You can also introduce us to your funders so we can start a conversation with them about opportunities to support their grantee partners.

Self-Funded Participation

We’ve reserved a limited number of seats for leaders who are eager to participate outside of securing philanthropic support. Participants may locate themselves in the following pricing tiers:

  • Kindred ($3,500): This tier is a stretch for your organization, and this reduced rate is in integrity with current capacity.
  • Subsidized Cost ($5,000): This tier resources the cost of your 1:1 coaching, EQi assessment, and the behind-the-scenes administrative and project preparation and support. The peer group sessions are subsidized by our philanthropic partners.
  • Abundance ($6,500): This tier resources your coaching and a little extra.
  • Revolutionary ($10,000): This tier resources your coaching experience while also investing in a broader ecosystem of social justice leaders and makes this opportunity more accessible.
